Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with Professional Touch Car Detailing Hobart ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Quotes

Quotes provided over the phone or via our website's quote form are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing may be adjusted on arrival if the vehicle's size or condition differs materially from what was described.

Access & Preparation

As a mobile service, we require safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and, where relevant, a nearby power point. Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change — please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another customer.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, for fleet or business accounts).

Liability

We take care with every vehicle we work on and are fully insured. Please let us know of any pre-existing damage before we begin.
